¿How do these Gastro Team Buildings with CHEF PLANNING work?
The Cooking Team Building starts with an explanation from the chef about the dynamics of the activity we are going to carry out, the different dishes and the recipes to be prepared. Through the kitchen we will see the social perspective that works every day in the same company, we will cook with them teamwork, empathy, responsibility, humanity, respect, resilience, in short the human values that will make the difference with your competitors.
Taking into account all the dynamics, each of the teams will divide the tasks among the participants and they will get down to work. We enter into an atmosphere of familiarity, where fun, competitiveness and real life described through the kitchen begin.
The day ends with the tasting of the dishes made and the explicit feedback developed by the Chef trainer of the competences worked on during the training.
